Please join us for a conversation with two people who know all about careers in publishing:

  • Katherine Stirling joined Vanity Fair as articles editor in 2010 and has edited and written for both The New Yorker and Vanity Fair.  She began her career in publishing in 2007 when she joined The New Yorker as David Remnick’s assistant.  She holds a master’s degree in history from Cambridge University.
  • Julie Kostova–a recent PhD in French Literature from Rutgers and now an editor at Oxford University Press–will be speaking about her career in academic publishing.
