Bowen Craggs is a unique research and consultancy group, with headquarters in London and an office in New York. Our sole focus is online corporate communications – websites, digital media and social channels. We have a worldwide client base of some of the largest and best-known global organizations, including 10% of the world’s 200 biggest companies. Our clients include Estée Lauder Companies, Target, Johnson and Johnson, Spotify and Verizon.

The overall purpose of the internship is to work with our Senior Consultants and other colleagues to deliver first-class advice for our clients, write thought leadership that will be read by digital managers at the world’s largest companies, and get involved in research projects.

Georgia Barrett, Senior Consultant, Vice President, USA

As well as serving clients, Georgia is responsible for leading the expansion of Bowen Craggs’ US operations and is based in New York. Since joining Bowen Craggs in September 2021, Georgia has co-written research on what the next generation wants from online corporate communications, and has completed consultancy projects for a range of clients including Amazon, Spotify, Johnson and Johnson and Estée Lauder Companies. Before joining the company, Georgia worked in global strategic communications, where she advised companies including PayPal, Alibaba and Zoom. Georgia has a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.

Jonathan Holt, Senior Consultant, Head of Strategic Projects

Jonathan Holt studied journalism at UNC and creative writing at Goldsmiths, University of London – skills that have come in handy in his work with businesses as a writer and communications consultant. He is a former managing editor of bp.com and has also worked as a newsletter editor at Dow Jones, as a category editor at About.com and as a travel writer for Frommer’s. As the Head of Strategic Insights at Bowen Craggs, Jonathan is responsible for qualitative research and for maintaining the detailed methodology that underpins much of Bowen Craggs’ consulting work for organisations around the world. A dual US-UK national, he is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Andrew Rigby, Director of Consulting and Visitor Research

Andrew is responsible for ensuring clients get the best possible insight from Bowen Craggs, leading the development of our consultancy services and managing our client work. He previously worked for the company as an associate analyst and consultant. He has more than 15 years of digital communications experience, the last ten of which were in corporate communications on both sides of the client/agency fence. Andrew has worked with companies of all sizes in a variety of sectors, on all kinds of digital projects from corporate websites to social media to mobile strategy. He has also spent time in the digital sports world.
