About this Workshop
Your professional image (sometimes referred to as personal branding) and reputation are important in getting the right job and advancing in your career. Sometimes, job candidates fail to appreciate their own skills and qualities and thus have trouble articulating the value they bring to employers.
In this workshop, you will undergo a process of discovery to identify your skills, core strengths, personality traits, values, and accomplishments that make you unique. This will help you to develop and deliver a confident message about yourself that can be used in networking, resumes, cover letters, job interviews, and performance reviews. In turn, employers will be more likely to understand what you offer, and how you particularly fit with their mission.
