Planning to seek outside funding for your research, but not sure where to start?  In this session, Edith Gonzalez, executive director of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, will discuss how to research funding opportunities, how to figure out if your work is a good match for a particular program, and how to write a competitive application.  She also will be happy to answer questions about some of the major external funding programs available to graduate students, such as Fulbrights, NSF fellowships, and more.

We’ll be in room 9207.
