From The Graduate Degree to Non-Profit Jobs: A Professional Mentoring Roundtable
Humanities graduate students have many marketable skills that are valued in non-profit organizations, but the prospect of transitioning from academia to these other career pathways can seem daunting. Make some valuable connections and learn from those who have gone before you by attending a Professional Mentoring Roundtable hosted by The Writing Center and The Office of Career Planning and Professional Development on April 25 from 4-6 PM.
Group discussions will be informal and interactive, giving students a chance to ask lots of questions. Each student will be paired with potential mentors for three small, rotating group discussions lasting 20-25 minutes each. The last 30 minutes will be an open networking session.
To select your potential mentors, please register here.
