About this Workshop

What’s the best way to explore and research different career paths? What career options exist beyond academia? This webinar introduces the employment landscape and how you might find your fit therein as a science student. We’ll talk about what other PhD and MS science graduates have gone on to do and the best ways to consider which options might be right for you. In addition, we will cover how to understand and incorporate your values, interests, and skills into career paths; how to research new careers; and the value of internships and other short-term opportunities for testing out career possibilities.
